Follows roads and asphalt trails around the Carroll College campus and neighboring Memorial Park. The course is pretty flat, but it's not a particularly competitive race, so don't expect a PR. Easy, fun morning race with the locals.

Since Carroll College has started a Cross Country team this year, the plan is to make this a benefit for the new team. However, the College is on spring break this week. Rumor has it the race will change move to early March in 2008 so that the team can be there.
